Crispy Courgette Sticks

CRISPY COURGETTE STICKS

Ingredients:

2 medium-small COURGETTES (about 300g=10,58oz)

20g DARUM WHEAT SEMOLINA FLOUR (=0,71oz=1 ¾ tbsp)

30g PDO PARMIGIANO REGGIANO 24 months (=10,06oz=6 tbsp)

TABLE SALT to taste

BLACK PEPPER to taste

EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL to taste

Method:

Wash the courgettes, take away the far ends and cut into sticks.

Mix them in a hermetic bowl with semolina, PDO Parmigiano Reggiano, salt and pepper. Close it and shake.

Cover a baking tray with baking paper. Lay the sticks making sure to separate them (so that they are not overlaid).

Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil.

Bake for about 20 minutes at 200°C (392°F), making sure to turn them after about 10 minutes.
